What is the warranty period for your products?
We use the best materials and solid engineering so our products will last for years. Warranty periods vary by product, ranging from 2 years for sensor pumps to 10 years for our professional-grade trash cans.
How do I find the correct liner for my trash can?
Each of our cans features a specific letter code (A through U) located on the inside of the lid or the rim. Simply match this letter to our custom fit liners for a perfect, no-slip fit.
How long does shipping take?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 12 PM PT usually ship the same day.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 45 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition.
How do I clean and maintain my stainless steel products?
Our stainless steel features an invisible fingerprint-proof coating infused with Agion®️ antimicrobial agent. To clean, simply use a soft cloth and warm water; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
