Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided to ensure your return is tracked and processed quickly.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
